Every lamp is handcrafted by me, and I work hard to ensure each order is shipped in a timely manner. Below are details regarding processing and shipping times:

Processing Time:

• In-stock items: I typically ship in-stock items within 3-5 business days.
• Made-to-order pieces: Since each piece is handmade, these can take 3-6 weeks to complete. Occasionally, production may take longer depending on my current schedule, but I’ll keep you informed throughout the process.

Shipping Rates & Carriers:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of the package. I use reliable carriers to ensure your order arrives safely.

Estimated Delivery Time:

• Domestic (U.S.):
  Shipping times from Los Angeles usually take:

  • West Coast: 2-3 business days
  • Midwest: 3-5 business days
  • East Coast: 5-7 business days

• International:
  Shipping times vary depending on the destination:

  • Canada and Mexico: 7-10 business days
  • Europe: 10-14 business days
  • Australia and New Zealand: 12-16 business days
  • Other locations: 14-20 business days

Please note that international orders may experience delays due to customs processing.

Tracking Your Order:
Once I’ve shipped your order, I’ll send you a tracking number so you can keep an eye on its progress.

Damaged Shipments:
If your lamp arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order, and I’ll do my best to resolve the issue.
